UK-based guests will have to self administer a pre-event rapid COVID-19 test using government provided tests. Rapid antigen testing is certified by using Certific App for remote testing.
International guests will have to follow government guidance on travel testing and order a PCR test from a government approved provider. See more below.
Certific’s technology and testing process allows you to take your COVID-19 tests safely in the comfort of your home or hotel room. Through the video-recorded testing procedure, Certific verifies the person, the test, the testing method and the test result. The test has to be taken by the person attending Founders Forum.
If you received a positive test result
As the rapid antigen tests can have 1 in 400 chance of false-positives, then it is necessary to repeat the test immediately after receiving a positive result.
In case of a positive result, a Certific testing officer will call you within 4 hours and advise you further.
If you received an invalid test result
Invalid results can happen due to several reasons, such as incorrect test technique or unreadable results.
In the case of an invalid result, the test must be repeated.
Overseas guests have to take one or more mandatory PCR tests after arriving in the UK. Vaccination does not exempt anyone from testing. You can use the same PCR travel test certificate to gain access to Founders Forum as well. To access Founders Forum with the same PCR certificate you are issued after mandatory travel testing, the PCR test has to be taken 72h-24h prior to arriving at the venue - on 13th or latest on 14th of June.
Please note that Certific does not provide PCR tests for Founders Forum guests. You will need to order your PCR test from a Government-approved provider. See link below.
