All Standon Calling 2021 guests will have to complete the Pre-event Covid Certification Process
(PCCP), a key element of which is a video-recorded Covid-19 rapid antigen/lateral flow test in the
Certific App. Tests that are taken without/before logging into Certific App and that do not have a
recording of the test will not be accepted and will be invalidated.
Process in brief:
Yes. Being double vaccinated does not exempt you from completing the PCCP as Covid transmission is still possible.
All Adults aged 18+, Young Adults 16-17 and Teens 13-15 will need to do the PCCP. Please note that Children 4-12 and Infants 0-3 are exempt.
Yes, however we strongly advise everyone to follow the process outlined on this page and test themselves before arriving at the event. On-site testing will cost £25 per person and is likely to take up to two hours to complete (if not longer) depending on queues.
If you do not want to do the PCCP or be tested on-site then please contact Standon Calling team at email@example.com by Friday 16th July to rollover your ticket to Standon Calling 2022.
Certific allows for the highest level of Covid testing verification whilst enabling Imperial College London to use the anonymised data to produce a Covid risk assessment of the festival.
As a responsible promoter, Standon Calling have a duty of care to protect their audience. Whilst
restrictions are expected to be lifted from the 19th July, we want everyone to come to Standon
Calling festival feeling safe, relaxed and ready to enjoy being in the company of strangers
Standon Calling have been developing this process with public health professionals for the last 4 months. By operating a comprehensive Pre-Event Covid Certification Process (PCCP) and taking these extra precautions, we’re able to ensure the safety of our audience, and minimise the risk of Covid transmission.
Enter your email address. After this, the app will send you a one-time passcode on your email that you will need to enter in the app. Make sure to check your spam folder as well.
You'll need the following:
At home 24-48 hours before you arrive on-site.
You can order LFT kits here or go to a local pharmacy to pick one up. We strongly encourage you to secure your LFT as soon as possible, and order no later than 14th July to guarantee it arrives before the week of the festival.
A video of the testing process is required to verify your identity, your test device, the accuracy of
your sampling, and your test result. You will only be recorded once you have selected “Ready. Start
Test”. A trained test assessor will check this.
Please note that without a clear video recording of the test being done, you will not get an Event Pass from Certific and will need to test on-site for an additional cost.
The token is required to start a new video-recorded test in Certific App. The token is only valid once you have paid the £4 required to complete the PCCP.
You should receive a token once you’ve paid for the Certification process. If you haven’t yet paid, the lead booker will need to search for ‘Important: Standon Calling Pre-event Covid Certification Process’ in their inbox.
If you have paid, all ticket holders with a valid email address should have received an email containing a token. Please search for ‘Important: Standon Calling Pre-event Covid Certification Token’ in your inbox.
It might be that you are trying to enter the token in the wrong place. The token is needed once
you’re already inside the Certific App and want to begin a new video recorded screening. Do not
attempt to use the token to log into the App, because that won’t work.
If you are already inside the app and you are being asked for the token before the screening process, make sure you have entered the correct token sent to you by email from Weezevent after paying for the Pre-event Covid Certification Process. If that does not work, please email tech support on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have trouble while taking your test in the app, please contact email@example.com. Please also add your phone number.
The reasons why your test may be invalidated are:
All invalid tests must be repeated in the Certific App / webpage to get access to the event.
If your Lateral Flow Test is positive, you will not be able to attend the festival and your festival tickets will be automatically rolled over to Standon Calling 2022. Following guidance from the NHS, you and anyone you live with should self-isolate immediately and report your rapid lateral flow test result on GOV.UK. You should also get a PCR test (a test that is sent to a lab) to confirm your result.
Please see more information here.
The personal data and videos gathered in the course of the Certific testing process will allow us to verify your identity, the correctness of your sampling technique and test result. We apply the data minimisation principle when collecting and processing your data which means that we only collect the minimum amount of data for the purpose of providing the test certification service.
Your data and videos will be stored up to 3 months, but you can always use your right to get your data deleted earlier by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
